Abakus Center Mkhitar Sebastatsi

Abakus Center Mkhitar Sebastatsi is a Yerevan branch of the Abakus network, which runs courses in mental arithmetic — calculation practiced by visualizing an abacus (a manual counting frame with beads) rather than using one physically — alongside general math for children roughly 4 to 12 years old.

The network says it has taught since 2015, and frames its courses around building attention, memory and logical thinking rather than following a standard school curriculum. That's the company's own description of its method, not an independent assessment.

Contact for this branch is by phone or email; no walk-in hours are listed.

This branch is located in Yerevan itself, roughly 6 km west of the city's central reference point in straight-line distance.
