This is the Analytical Laboratory branch of the Scientific Center of Drug and Medical Technology Expertise named after Academician Emil Gabrielyan, a body under Armenia's Ministry of Health. The center was founded in 1992 and works on expert assessment of medicines and medical technology, including clinical trial review and registration rules aligned with Eurasian Economic Union regulations.
The branch is run by laboratory manager Naira V. Eloyan. Its parent institution also publishes ministerial orders on drug and veterinary medicine regulation on its site, pharm.am.
This is a regulatory and testing facility, not a public attraction — there's nothing here for a visitor to see or do.
