Acharyan Residential Complex

Acharyan Residential Complex is a housing project built by New City Projects in the Avan district of Yerevan. It's one of several developments the company runs across the city and Kotayk region, alongside projects like Lotus in Norq-Marash and Aria Residence in Ajapnyak.

New City Projects markets itself as a developer selling apartments directly from the developer, and lists unit options by floor, room count, and floor area on its site. No further details on the Acharyan complex itself — building count, unit sizes, or completion dates — are available.

Contact for sales inquiries goes through the company's phone line and email.

The complex sits in Yerevan's Avan district, roughly 6 km north-northeast of the city center in a straight line.
