Amanoo

Amanoo is a walled residential complex on the Norq slope in Yerevan, developed by Khakhamyan Heritage. The company says the site covers more than 11 hectares and sits about 2.5 km from the city's small center.

The project is being built in stages. IVY, one of its residential blocks, is already finished. A second block, Sarin, is scheduled for completion by the end of 2028.

According to the developer, the complex is designed around landscaping worked into the building layout, with green areas said to take up a large share of the grounds compared to the built structures.

Amanoo is in Yerevan, on the Norq slope, roughly 2 km east of the city center in a straight line.
