American Library and Training Center - Ijevan

The American Library and Training Center in Ijevan is a program site of PH International, an organization that runs civic engagement and cross-cultural learning initiatives in Armenia and several other countries.

PH International describes its work broadly: equipping educators, fostering community engagement, and preparing what it calls future leaders, alongside programs on legal culture and community safety. The Ijevan center serves as a local base for this kind of programming rather than a standalone museum or library in the traditional sense.

Contact for the center runs through PH International's general channels, including a listed email and phone number for the Ijevan location.

The center sits in Ijevan, in Tavush marz, roughly 94 km northeast of Yerevan as the crow flies.
