Школа №29 имени Андраника Маргаряна · Անդրանիկ Մարգարյանի անվան թիվ 29 ավագ դպրոց
Andranik Margaryan No. 29 High School is a public school in Yerevan whose roots go back to 1934, when it opened as a school named for M. Arazu. In 1939 the third floor of its building was taken over by School No. 30, named for Chkalov, and in 1974 a separate new wing was built onto No. 29 to house that school.
The two schools merged in 2005. In 2010 the combined institution was renamed for Andranik Margaryan, who had served as prime minister of Armenia.
The school teaches according to state educational standards and runs streamed classes alongside classes taught in Russian. It offers instruction in three foreign languages, including Russian and English.
The school is in Yerevan, about 1 km north-northwest of the city center, straight-line distance.
