Ar-Go Realty

Ar-Go Realty is a Yerevan company that builds residential projects and sells the apartments directly, rather than working purely as a listings broker. According to its own website, it's marking 17 years since founding this year.

One current project, "Դրսում 2" (Outside 2), is advertised with apartments starting from 370,000 dram per square meter. Another, "Նոր Հաճն Հիլլս" (New Hachn Hills), has received its construction permit, per the company's own announcements — meaning it's moved past the planning stage into approved building.

The company's site also lists services around fitting out a home: renovation and construction, appliances, furniture, and plumbing supplies, alongside its property offerings.

This address sits within Yerevan itself, about 3 km north-northwest of the city center by straight line.
