Arax Poultry is a shop and producer of chicken meat, eggs, sausages and semi-finished poultry products, built on the base of the Soviet-era Jrarat poultry factory (Ջրառատ, formerly Armenia's largest poultry operation). The company was founded in 1997 and restarted production in 2001 after joining the X-Group concern.
By 2002, output reached 1,600 tonnes of chicken meat and meat products annually. The business is currently run by director Artak Sargsyan.
The shop sits in Yerevan, roughly 1 km west-northwest of the city center (straight-line).
