Areni Lodge

Areni Lodge is an eco-lodge set in an orchard in Areni, Vayots Dzor. It offers riverside jacuzzi suites and gardens. The lodge says it caters to families, elderly guests, and people with disabilities.

It sits close to what it describes as the world's oldest winery, and next to the Areni Open Air Cultural Museum. Staff run tours and give local tourist information on request.

The lodge also takes part in an Adopt-a-Village charity programme and something it calls the Origins Project, both aimed at supporting local villagers. Guest transfers can be arranged, and a helipad is available for helicopter arrivals when open.

Areni Lodge is in the town of Areni, in the Vayots Dzor region, about 77 km southeast of Yerevan in a straight line.
