Arev Yoga and Pilates Center

Arev Yoga and Pilates Center offers Reformer Pilates and EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) sessions in Yerevan. The studio says it has run since 2016, and describes its classes as built around alignment, controlled movement and full-body engagement rather than fast-paced routines.

Equipment on site includes the Cadillac, Wunda Chair and ladder barrel. There's also a tower, wall rope and Ped-o-Pul. The center states its instructors are certified through the Pilates Method.
