Aria Residence

Aria Residence is an apartment complex in the Ajapnyak district of Yerevan, built and sold directly by the developer New City Projects. It's one of several residential projects the company runs across the city and Kotayk region, alongside Lotus in Norq-Marash, Novem Residence in Bagrevand, the Acharyan Residential Complex in Avan, and Pallada in Kotayk.

New City Projects markets units directly rather than through resale, and lists floor plans, floor count and room configurations for its projects on its own site. Inquiries go through the company's contact channels rather than a sales office listed here.

Aria Residence sits in the Ajapnyak district of Yerevan, roughly 4 km west-northwest of the city center (straight-line).
