ARM Construct

ARM Construct is a real estate developer based in Yerevan. It builds and sells apartments, parking spaces and commercial units under its own projects rather than as an intermediary.

Its current lineup includes Five Towers, Atlantis Prime, Komitas 60, Atlantis Yerevan, a building at Zoravar Andranik 121/6, Davit Bek 290 in the Nor Nork district, and Slavik Chiloyan 17. Commercial spaces at Five Towers are sold starting from 40 square meters.

The company says buyers can use an active income-tax-refund program when purchasing from the developer directly. The company is directed by Aram Avagyan.

ARM Construct operates in Yerevan; company coordinates fall roughly 3 km north of the city center (straight-line).
