Armed - National Operator of Electronic Healthcare

Armed — full name the National Operator of Electronic Healthcare — is a Yerevan-based body set up in 2017 to run the country's electronic healthcare systems. It operates as a government-linked office rather than a place to visit, with its work centered on health data infrastructure.

The operator is headed by director Avet Manukyan. Contact is by phone, email, or through its public data page rather than in person, and its office hours run Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
