ARMENIAN CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT-PROTECTIVE CENTRE (ACRPC) is a non-governmental organization based in Vanadzor, in Lori region, founded in 1988 and chaired by Gevork G. Manoukian. Its name states its purpose plainly: constitutional rights, and the idea that citizens who don't know their rights don't really have them.
The centre has taken part in the Armenian Coalition for the Global Campaign for Education, including a coalition meeting on December 11, 2009. In February 2010 it revised the educational concept of what it calls the Armenian School of Human Rights. Its site also references a periodic item titled the Regular Issue of Legal Culture, with an entry dated December 15, 2024.
Beyond these activities, ACRPC lists a human rights library, published reports, a strategic plan, and cooperation with partner organizations abroad, though the site does not name specific partners or publications in detail. Contact is available through its website.
ACRPC is based in Vanadzor, in Lori region, in Armenia's north.
