Armenian HR Association

The Armenian HR Association is a professional organization based in Yerevan, founded in 2010. It works to advance HR as a business function, running programs for the training of HR managers and leaders and working on improvements to employment relations and labor practices in Armenia.

The association operates on a membership model: members can apply to join and get access to benefits, events, and professional development programs. It lists activities including HR clubs, webinars, conferences, and training sessions, along with a CSR (corporate social responsibility) program and an annual reporting structure. Arpi Karapetyan chairs the organization.

The office is at 80 Arami street and is open Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00.

The association is in Yerevan, roughly 1 km north-northwest of the city center (straight-line).
