The Armenian National Karate Federation runs the sport's national structure in Yerevan, affiliated with the World Karate Federation and the European Karate Federation. Vazgen Harutyunyan serves as president.
The federation's roster includes competitors such as Sergey Sargsyan, a bronze medalist at the 2015 WKF world championship, and Sergey Makaryan, a winner on the WKF Grand Prix circuit. Its news feed tracks ongoing results — medals from the 2026 "Kubok Uspekha" international tournament, over 120 athletes sent to the 2026 Open Georgia international championship, and Suren Harutyunyan's entry in the 2026 Karate One Premier League stop in Rabat.
Yerevan is set to host the European U21 championship in 2027, a fact the federation's president has spoken about publicly. The federation can be reached by phone or through its website.
The federation is located in Yerevan, roughly 6 km northeast of the city center in a straight line.
