Artur Karapetyan

This strip of park in Yerevan's Shengavit district carries the name of Artur Karapetyan, a freedom fighter of the Artsakh war, given to it in 1999. A monument to him stands within the grounds.
The park runs near the Shengavit metro station, following Nor Shengavit's 9th street from S. Taronetsi street to Yeghishe Tadevosyan street.
The park lies in Yerevan's Shengavit district, about 4 km south-southwest of central Yerevan (straight-line).
