AUTOMOBILE FEDERATION OF ARMENIA
Автомобильная федерация Армении · Հայաստանի ավտոմոբիլային ֆեդերացիա
The Automobile Federation of Armenia (FAA) is Armenia's national body for motorsport, road safety, mobility and automobile tourism, based in Yerevan. It describes itself as heir to the Soviet Armenian automobile federation, tracing its line back to 1957.
President Aram Sargsyan says the aim is to turn FAA into a modern platform linking motorsport, road safety, tourism and youth development, working with the FIA (motorsport's international governing body) and government partners toward international standards. That's presented as a goal for the years ahead, not a finished record.
For now, the federation runs membership programs, sport services and event organizing from its Yerevan office.
