Besieged Leningrad kids is a monument to the children killed during, or who lived through, the siege of Leningrad. The siege lasted from September 8, 1941, to January 27, 1944, during the Second World War. It was unveiled in 2015 in Vahagn Davtyan Park, in Yerevan's Arabkir district.
The dedication is specific: not the siege in general, not the war as a whole, but the children caught inside it.
