Chermakavan
Чермакаван · Ճերմակավան
Chermakavan was settled in 1989 by Armenians expelled from Azerbaijan. It didn't last as a living village — today it's abandoned, its population gone.
Administratively it belongs to the Khachardzan community, on the left bank slope of the Getik river valley, about 11 km southwest of Khachardzan village itself. No further record survives of how the settlement was laid out or why it emptied out again.
Chermakavan lies in Tavush region, part of the Khachardzan community under Dilijan Municipality, roughly 73 km northeast of Yerevan (straight-line). It sits on the Getik valley's left-bank slope, southwest of Khachardzan village.
