Children's Art Museum
музей детского искусства · Մանկական արվեստի թանգարան
The Children's Art Museum in Yerevan was founded in 1970 on the initiative of art historian Henrik Igityan and educator Zhanna Aghamiryan, giving the city a dedicated space for children's artistic work.
Its listed website and contact details are now shared with the Henrik Igityan National Centre for Aesthetics (NCA), which runs exhibitions, concerts, performances, workshops and lectures, with separate programs for children and adults. The center also runs an artist residency program; for 2026 it opened applications for artists and cultural organizations from Georgia, Iran, France, Italy, Germany and Japan working in fine arts, theatre, dance or music, with a deadline of May 1, 2026.
The museum is in Yerevan, roughly 1 km northeast of the city center (straight-line).
