Circular Park

Кольцевой бульвар · Օղակաձև զբոսայգի

Circular Park, also known as Youth Park, is the long crescent of greenery that wraps the eastern side of Yerevan's Kentron district, connecting two city landmarks along its length. At the south end stands the Cathedral of Saint Gregory the Illuminator on Tigran Mets street; at the north end, near Mashtots Avenue, the park closes at Poplavok lake, a small lake that gives locals a spot to sit by water in the middle of downtown.

The park runs about 2,500 meters end to end, averaging 120 meters wide, its curve traced by Khanjyan, Yervand Kochar, Alex Manoogian, Moskovian and Isahakyan streets.

The park sits in Yerevan's Kentron district, about 1 km northeast of the city center (straight-line). Its southern tip touches Tigran Mets street at the cathedral, while the northern tip reaches Mashtots Avenue by Poplavok lake, with Khanjyan, Yervand Kochar, Alex Manoogian, Moskovian and Isahakyan streets running along its edge.
