Cityzen runs a themed complex for children called a city of professions, where kids can try out set-ups modeled on a bank, a post office, a pharmacy, a police station, a construction site, a chocolate factory and similar workplaces. The site also offers open-air karting, alongside activities such as paintball, bowling, laser tag and climbing, according to its own listings.

The complex markets itself as a venue for children's birthday parties and organized group visits, with named programs for kids and for bloggers. It also runs a paired venue, PlayCity, sold as a separate but connected offering.

The premises are wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking, entrance and restroom, and the venue is described as suitable for children. It accepts credit and debit cards as well as contactless payment.
