Codzilla

Codzilla runs online courses for children, covering computer science, digital literacy, artificial intelligence literacy, math, English, programming, logic and chess. Gohar Khachatryan directs the center.

The computer science course has produced over 600 graduates over 7 years. It runs in 4 levels for ages 5 to 12, in 60-minute sessions, moving from logic games toward block-based coding and basic computer architecture concepts.

Other courses fill in the rest. A digital literacy course for ages 7-12 uses Google's "Be Internet Awesome" curriculum. A 2-month logic course covers ages 5-12, and a 2-month Scratch course covers ages 8-11, both in 45-minute sessions. Older students can take a 12-month web programming course for ages 12-16, in 90-minute sessions, building working websites and web applications, or a 3-month AI literacy course for ages 7-14 based on Google's foundational AI curriculum.

Codzilla operates in Yerevan, about 3 km north-northwest of the city center (straight-line).
