DELPHUS" Limited Liability Company (LLC)

Delphus LLC, known commercially as ARGE Business, is a Yerevan distribution company founded in 2009. According to its own materials, it acts as the official representative in Armenia for brands including Procter & Gamble, Duracell, Wella, Clipper, Kamill, Reggia, Lorado, Del Monte and Cargill, alongside more than 50 other international names it says it carries across food, non-food and motor-oil product lines.

The company states that it places a verification label on the goods it imports, intended to let buyers check a product against counterfeits — a claim from its own marketing, not an independently confirmed practice.

The business is directed by Zurab Jojua and is registered on Sharuri Street in Yerevan.
