Derjava Group of Companies

Derjava Group of Companies is a Yerevan-based holding built around importing consumer brands rather than making a single product. Its own materials describe a business portfolio that runs from fast-moving consumer goods to car showrooms, medical supply, hotel operations and fashion retail.

According to the company, the group imports around 40 internationally recognized brands into Armenia, among them Mars Wrigley, Danone Nutricia, Ferrero, Haribo, Lindt and Kellogg's on the food side, and Colgate-Palmolive, Kimberly-Clark and Splat in household goods. The same materials list car dealerships for Audi, Porsche and Bentley, a medical-sector arm called SlavMed, fashion distribution for Lacoste, a freight operation called Slav Ref, and hotel management through Dilijan Resort & Spa. Local production is represented by a poultry farm in Spitak.

The company's own account gives it a 28-year history, putting its founding in 1995; a separate record lists 2006. It says it employs more than 2500 people. The director listed for the group is Armen N. Grigoryan.

Derjava's offices keep standard weekday hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.

The group's Yerevan address sits roughly 7 km west-northwest of the city center in straight-line distance.
