ECOshin Group

ECOshin Group is the developer behind Ecoshin – Orbeli, a residential complex going up in Yerevan's Arabkir district, at 67/2 Orbeli Yeghbayrner street. The company states the building will have 15 floors above ground and 3 below, with 142 apartments of two to four rooms, ranging from 55 to 150 square meters.

The developer describes the construction as using monolithic reinforced-concrete technology, with the exterior clad in travertine and basalt tile. It had planned to hand the building over in December 2019.

ECOshin Group also lists a courtyard area with a children's playground and a parking lot reserved for residents and guests.

The complex is in Yerevan's Arabkir district, ~3 km northwest of Yerevan (straight-line).
