"ECHO" Organization is a disability rights advocacy group founded in 2008, focused on issues facing people with disabilities in Armenia. It is chaired by Seryozha Ohanjanyan.
The organization runs public-awareness work, legal-support services, and publishes material on inclusive education, accessibility, and related policy questions. It keeps office hours Monday to Friday, 10:30 to 17:00.
