Elite Villa is a complex of 45 detached houses in Tsaghkadzor, built by Elite Group Armenia. The developer describes the site as sitting in a valley south-east of the Tsaghkunyats mountains, at 1,800 meters above sea level.
Balconies, the company says, face Tsaghkadzor town and the Kecharis monastery complex. The town's ropeway is about five minutes away.
