Inside, shops sell furniture, household appliances, home decor, solar batteries, shoes and bags, children's items, clothing, phone accessories, auto parts, cosmetics, jewelry, stationery, toys, sporting goods, and phone and electronics repair services, among other categories. A separate section runs as a building materials market, selling supplies at wholesale and retail prices. Parking is free.
The mall lies in Yerevan city, roughly 3 km south-southwest of central Yerevan (straight-line).
