Forma Toon

Forma Toon sells pre-developed private house models rather than custom builds from scratch, covering the path from design to a finished house. It is one of the products of Forma LLC.

The company describes its approach as a fixed structural model, developed with architects and industry specialists. It says the models are based on market needs, client experience and construction practice — Forma Toon's own framing of its process, not an independent claim.

Listed services span management, legal guidance, architecture, design and construction. Forma Toon names three architecture partners: Futuris Architects, Soghomonyan Architects and GAC Group.

Contact is by phone, email or through the company website.

Forma Toon is based in Yerevan, roughly 4 km north-northeast of the city center in a straight line.
