Freda

Freda is an accounting and tax firm in Yerevan, founded in 1996, working with client businesses on everything from routine bookkeeping to tax disputes and HR audits. It's open Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00, under director Arman Avanesyan.

The core services are accounting and tax accounting, including restoring records that have fallen behind. Freda also places a chief accountant with client companies when needed, and offers tax consulting, planning and representation in disputes. On the personnel side, it runs HR administration, HR audits and human resources management. Due diligence and management consulting round out the offering.
