Gaylaru

Гепарх · Գայլառու լեռ

Gaylaru is a mountain peak reaching 2,120 meters, part of the southeastern end of the Aragats mountain system in Aragatsotn region. It sits on the left bank of the Gegharot river, about 1 km west of the village of Aragatsavan.

There's little written about the peak beyond its location and elevation — no marked trail, no recorded name origin, just a fixed point on the map where the Aragats range meets the Gegharot valley.

Gaylaru lies in Aragatsotn region, near the town of Aparan and the village of Aragatsavan, roughly 38 km north-northwest of Yerevan (straight-line).
