Gentile Bakery

Gentile is a cafe in Yerevan that bakes croissants and runs a pizza menu alongside panini and breakfast plates. The pizza list runs from a Margherita with parmesan and mozzarella to combinations like gorgonzola with pear and cane sugar, or a wild mushroom pizza in a truffle cream sauce with parmesan and dill. There's also a prosciutto pizza with rocket and cherry tomatoes, a pepperoni version, and a four-cheese pie made with mazdam (a mild semi-soft cheese), mozzarella, gorgonzola and parmesan.

Breakfast options include a zucchini waffle with poached egg and avocado, and oatmeal with granola and berries. The place also serves coffee and offers delivery.
