Goshavank Bell Tower

Гратун-Зангакатун · Գրատուն-զանգակատուն

Goshavank Bell Tower served two functions at once: manuscript work and the ringing of the monastery's bells shared a single structure, a combination reflected in its Armenian name, Gratun-Zangakatun (book-house and bell-tower). It stands among the buildings of the Goshavank monastery complex in Tavush region.

The bell tower is in Tavush region, near Dilijan — about 74 km north-northeast of Yerevan by straight line.
