Grasar
Грасар · Գռասար
Grasar is a summit in the Geghama mountain range, in Armenia's Gegharkunik region, standing 3,181 m above sea level. It sits at the range's crest line, south of the headwaters of the Grdzor river.
There's little written about Grasar beyond its position and height — it's one of the range's high points rather than a named destination with its own lore.
Grasar lies in Gegharkunik region, roughly 45 km east of Yerevan in a straight line, on the crest of the Geghama range.
At over 3,000 m, snow cover typically closes off access for much of the year, with the terrain only opening up in the warmer months.
