GreenTec Waterproofing Thermal Insulation Soundproofing

GreenTec is a Yerevan company that installs waterproofing, thermal insulation, soundproofing and drainage systems, working with polymer, polyurethane and polyurea coatings along with latex mixtures and facade cladding.

For roofs, walls and floors, the company sprays polyurethane foam insulation, which it says keeps in more than 70% of heating and cooling energy. Its polyurea waterproofing liquid sets almost instantly through a chemical reaction, forming a sealed membrane on the treated surface.

The company also fits terrace flooring for landscaped areas, cafes and restaurants, and supplies soundproofing materials — acoustic panels, mineral wool insulation and polyurethane sheets — for interior work.

GreenTec is based in Yerevan, roughly 4 km northeast of the city center in straight-line distance.
