GYUMRI BASIC SCHOOL № 9 State Non-Profit Organization (SNPO)

Gyumri Basic School № 9 is a public school at Haghtanak Avenue, building 40, in Gyumri, organized as a state non-profit (SNPO). Julietta Movsisyan directs it.

The school's own materials describe its mission as pairing general education with what it calls Armenian-centered upbringing — teaching students to hold national values and civic awareness while gaining foreign-language skills strong enough to represent Armenian history and culture abroad. Teachers are asked to make national self-awareness and service to the homeland central to students' value system.

The school website lists occasional classroom events, among them holiday programs organized by individual teachers for younger grades.

The school is in Gyumri, Shirak region.
