Henrik Malian Theater

Henrik Malian Theater opened in 1980 in Yerevan, founded by film and theatre director Henrik Malian. Its first production, "Instructional Tales of My Homeland," was staged under his own direction.
The company has toured beyond Armenia, performing in Latvia, Estonia, Bulgaria and France. Narine Malyan, the founder's daughter, now serves as artistic director. The current cast includes actors Movses Stepanyan, Liza Azizyan, Varduhi Rushanyan, Ara Sargsyan, Astghik Abajyan and Karine Oskanyan.
The theater is located at 18 Vardanants Street.
The theater sits in Yerevan, roughly 1 km east-southeast of the city center in a straight line.
