Herher reservoir

Herher reservoir holds back the waters of the Herher river at 1,430 meters above sea level, just below Herher village in Vayots Dzor. Its volume runs to about 26 million cubic meters.
The Dar-Alagez volcano stands on the reservoir's right side.
The reservoir sits in Vayots Dzor region, below Herher village, roughly 102 km east-southeast of Yerevan as the crow flies.
