HETQ MEDIA FACTORY

HETQ MEDIA FACTORY is a training program in Yerevan that teaches journalism and media production skills to students who apply for admission and complete courses, rather than a space you visit as an exhibit.

The course list covers video storytelling, filming skills, photo storytelling, investigative journalism, an introduction to journalism and writing, data journalism, and fact-checking.

Two long-form pieces posted on its site show the kind of work students produce: one on Yerevan's children's railway in the Hrazdan gorge and the state of its disused stations, another on the condition of the city's underground pedestrian crossings.

HETQ MEDIA FACTORY is in Yerevan, about 1 km east-northeast of the city center in a straight line.
