Investment Law Group

Investment Law Group is a law firm based in Yerevan, founded in 2007. It works across a range of practice areas including corporate law, mining, energy, tax and finance, employment, real estate and construction, banking and finance, litigation, arbitration, and debt collection.

The firm is led by Artashes Kakoyan as managing partner, alongside partners Sayad Badalyan, Vahagn Dallakyan and Sevak Aleksanyan, covering sectors from natural resources and environmental law to banking, bankruptcy and property law. Staff work in Armenian, Russian, English and, in Kakoyan's case, French.
