Cadastre Committee
Комитет кадастра · Կադաստրի կոմիտե / Cadastre Committee
The Cadastre Committee is the government body responsible for Armenia's land and property records. Its own site lists the areas it regulates: geodesic and surveying (mark-scheider) work, cartography, land-planning and land-accounting activity, and professional property valuation — each with its own qualification exams and lists of certified specialists.
Beyond registration itself, the committee publishes legal acts governing these fields, from government and prime-ministerial decisions down to its own director's orders, and runs a public reception for citizens along with a declassified-documents section and procurement notices.
It's open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
The Cadastre Committee sits in Yerevan, about 3 km north of the city center (straight-line).
