Kaitson — also known as Amanak — is a medieval fortress in Lori region, built on a triangular cape jutting into the right bank of the Debed river. It stood within the Dzorapor district of historic Gugark province, one of the provinces of Greater Armenia.
Beyond its location and the two names it went by, little else is recorded about the site.
The fortress sits near Haghpat in Lori marz, north-northeast of Yerevan, roughly 111 km away as the crow flies.
