Karas is a chain of national-cuisine restaurants in Armenia, founded in 1998. Its first branch opened on Tumanyan Street 32/36 and is still running today.
In 2015 the company added a second-floor section at that location called Grand Buffet, serving soups, khavarts (cold appetizers) and bread goods alongside the regular menu.
The restaurant offers dine-in, takeout and delivery, and takes reservations. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with coffee, dessert, beer and wine, and accepts credit cards, debit cards and NFC payments. It's set up for groups and for children, and has a restroom on site.
