This khachkar (carved cross-stone) is built into the curve of the altar apse at Surb Astvatsatsin (Holy Mother of God) church, on the northern edge of the cemetery at the north end of Lichk village in Gegharkunik region.
It carries state protection as an immovable monument of history and culture, registered under number 5.39/1.53.7.
Lichk village lies in Gegharkunik region, near the town of Martuni, roughly 61 km east of Yerevan as the crow flies.
