KHELQ" Foundation

KHELQ" Foundation operates Relq, a school in Yerevan that teaches digital and tech skills without charging tuition and without requiring a diploma to apply. The program describes itself as project-based: trainees work through real-condition assignments alongside coaches and peers rather than sitting through conventional coursework.

The stated aim is to close gaps in tech opportunity and help people move into digital jobs, building peer-learning communities in the process. Seda Papoyan is listed as Executive Director.
