Komitas Chamber Music House

Дом камерной музыки имени Комитаса · Կոմիտասի անվան Կամերային երաժշտության տուն

Komitas Chamber Music House is a concert hall in Yerevan, built in 1977 to a design by Stepan Kyurkchyan; engineer Eduard Khzmalyan handled the construction. It sits inside the Circular Park in the Kentron district, on Isahakyan street. Architecturally it's counted among Yerevan's notable examples of Soviet-era modernism, though the building keeps a low profile within the park rather than announcing itself.

Today the hall runs as the National Chamber Music Center, and concerts still happen here regularly. If you want to catch a performance, check nccm.am for the current program — schedules and ticketing are best confirmed there rather than guessed at.

The building carries protected status as a historical and cultural monument of Kentron district, listed under number 1.6/91.

You'll find the hall inside the Circular Park itself, on Isahakyan street between Abovyan and Nalbandyan streets, in central Yerevan's Kentron district.
