KulturDialog Armenien

KulturDialog Armenien is a foundation based in Yerevan that organizes exhibitions and residency programs for visual artists. It runs a Photography Residency Program and a Sound Art Residency Program, alongside a residency exchange called Résidences Méditerranée.

Its best-documented project is an international artists' exchange between Armenia, Switzerland and Germany, run with Atelier Mondial / Christoph Merian Stiftung in Basel and the Cultural Office of the City of Freiburg in Breisgau. Past participants have included the Armenian artist Artur Hakobyan, who spent six months in residence in Switzerland or Germany, the Swiss artist Lea Fröhlicher, who was artist-in-residence in Yerevan from June to December 2018, and the Armenian artist Asat Petrosyan, the program's seventh participant, in residence from January to July 2019.
