The Legal Education And Rehabilitation Program Implementation Center SNCO (State Non-Commercial Organization) is a training body under Armenia's Ministry of Justice, based in Ashtarak, Aragatsotn region. It designs and runs qualification and training programs for people working across the justice system.
According to its own website, the center certifies psychologists, trains bankruptcy administrators, and runs courses for anti-corruption officers. It also trains civil servants more broadly.
A second strand of its work covers resocialization: general education programs inside penitentiary institutions and aesthetic education for people held there.
The center is in Ashtarak, Aragatsotn region, ~20 km north-northwest of Yerevan (straight-line).
